Happy bday America

 Day off!  Whoo hoo!

Woke up early thirty, per norm during the summer.  A friend had texted yesterday wanting to meet at the dog park for a doggie play date.   

I ate 2 of the chocolates that i had recently made w unknown amounts of magic powder, plus a .3 capsule.  

On the way to the dog park, friend bailed.  C'est la vie!

While at the park,  my doggos were having sooo much fun,  so waz i as i felt my head getting wge  light.

I seem to tend to feel soooo much love when im tripping. More than i usually do.   Its such an amazing thing.    

Got home, ate a few bites and felt the trip coming on more.

Layed down,  closed my eyes,  saw so many beautiful colors & shapes.

Stayed there for a long while enjoying this very mild trip.

Got up, finished a painting.

People tell me they get tired after a trip.  I do need a short nap, but then i have so much energy, and often, like today,  i was restless.   Wanting to drive out of town but it was already late in the day 

Will go out in a bit to find some fireworks.    Planning ahead for next yr.....

My experiences...

 Ive not taken many trips yet to have enough to write about. Im thinking ill use this little blog to keep track of what ive grown, my novice experience of how they grow etc. My first batch i did so many things wrong, yet i had an amazing crop . I started w a grow bag of grain that i bought online. I forgot to label the strain that i had innoculated into the bag,  forgot to write a date of when i actually innoculated,  so it seemed to take FOREVER to fill that bag w mycelium.  Maybe it did since i didnt date it?  Once the mycelium did start growing it was sooo pretty.   I loved watching it grow.  Still do love watching all the various strains grow.  I look at them nearly every day in awe. Next i used substrate that i had also bought online to mix my bag of unknown mycelium in.  This was my 1st experience, i had purchased a monotub which took a lot of substrate.  Again, after a week of seeimg nothing happening i was disappointed. Mycelium

  Mycelium is so delicate , dainty,  very pretty,  to me. Whether its growing in agar, which ive yet to get a good photo of,  or growing in a grain jar,  or beginning to grow on the surface of substrate.   I love seeing the white threadlike growth.

Not so much

 It's been a long while since I've even grown anything . I had way too much previously grown and just got out of growing. Maybe will get back to it at some point. I actually do love growing.
